SHERI URBANO

Hello, my name is Sheri! I am a registered social worker and a mother of three children. I have a passion to assist and support individual’s who are struggling in their life.

I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Windsor. I have specialized training in: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Therapy through Laurier University.

My goal is to provide empathy, active listening, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care and assisting with the navigation of complex systems when an individual is in crisis. My goal remains on supporting the individual by focusing on emotional regulation and navigating the person to a plan that meets their needs.
