DO YOU USE A PHIPPA COMPLIANT SYSTEM FOR VIRTUAL CARE?

Yes, we use Jane App which is PHIPPA and HIPPA compliant.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Clients set their own goals, frequency as well as ensure they feel the therapist is the best fit for their needs.

DO YOU DIRECT BILL?

In certain circumstances we are able to direct bill for private practice clients. We are a HCAI registered facility and complete this billing for clients who have a claim.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO THE APPOINTMENT?

Yes, you are welcome to bring supports with you to your sessions. Children are also welcome in our office space, or in your home if service is to be provided in home however depending on your child’s age and needs it may interfere with therapeutic discussions so please discuss this with your therapist to ensure you are getting the most out of your sessions. 

WHAT IS THE COST?

Please contact us for more information to determine costs depending on the type of therapy being requested.

DO YOU SERVICE CHILDREN?

Yes, we work with many children and families, as well as on specific parenting goals and challenges. Children and families looking for services through an HCAI claim are completed through mind zen, for clients looking for private practice services for children, youth, teens and parenting related goals please visit our sister company here or email info@kidszen.ca to be paired with an accepting therapist.

DO YOU PROVIDE COUPLES THERAPY?

No, at this time we do not provide couples counselling however we are able to support couples on an individual counselling basis.
