I’m a registered social worker and psychotherapist providing virtual and in person counselling to individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions, including those recovering from motor vehicle accidents. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your mental health, physical health, and daily functioning are all impacted at once, and I aim to provide a space where you can process these experiences at your own pace.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while always tailoring sessions to your individual needs and goals. I focus on helping clients build practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and feel more in control of their lives.
