Kylie Beausoleil

BSW, RSW

As a registered Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practice and enriched by a breadth of professional experience. I have worked extensively across child welfare and rehabilitation settings, with a particular focus on supporting children who have experienced profound trauma, their caregivers, and individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries.

My experience spans work with children, adults, and individuals navigating disabilities or mental health challenges. I specialize in addressing behavioral difficulties, fostering emotional regulation, and building practical coping strategies. As a certified PGAP (Progressive Goal Attainment Program) provider, I deliver structured, goal-focused support designed to reestablish routines, build life skills, and improve overall well-being. My therapeutic work is informed by a trauma-sensitive lens and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to resilience, self-efficacy, and empowerment.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. I aim to help individuals through difficult moments while strengthening emotional resilience and develop practical tools and coping strategies for lasting well-being and personal growth.

As a therapist, I believe that everyone faces challenges at times, and I’m committed to normalizing the need for support, promoting open conversations about mental health, and honoring each person’s unique healing journey.
