Dan Edwards
BSW, RSW
Dan Edwards, BSW, RSW (Registered Social Worker), is a passionate advocate and mental health professional with a community-first approach to care. He is a graduate of King’s University College at the University of Western Ontario and brings over a decade of experience as a motivational speaker to his work with children, teens, and families.
After sustaining a spinal cord injury as a teenager, Dan developed a deep understanding of resilience and the importance of mental health support. He later spearheaded a mental health awareness campaign in partnership with Bluewater Health Hospital’s Mental Health and Addiction Services unit, working to reduce stigma and promote access to care across his community.
Drawing from both lived experience and clinical training, Dan creates safe, supportive spaces where individuals and families feel seen, empowered, and encouraged to grow.
